Daniel Hertzberg
Daniel Hertzberg, an American journalist, is the former deputy managing editor for international news at The Wall Street Journal. Starting July 1, 2009, Hertzberg has served as senior editor-at-large at BLOOMBERG NEWS(R) in New York. Hertzberg is a 1968 graduate of the University of Chicago.

In 2008 he received the year's Gerald Loeb Award Lifetime Achievement Award.〔N.Y. Times wins 3 Loeb Awards; Sloan gets his 7th, by Joseph Altman, Associated Press, Jun 30, 2008〕 He won the Pulitzer Prize in 1988 for a story about an investment banker charged with insider trading and the critical day that followed the October 19, 1987, stock market crash.
